Before Laurie founded The Innovative Organizer, LLC in 2011, she spent nearly two decades in engineering and manufacturing operations. During her corporate career, she developed and implemented improvements to enhance productivity, improve quality, and reduce costs. In addition, Laurie excelled at organizing and making information accessible. These skills translate directly to the organizing and productivity services she now offers her clients.
Laurie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Project Management.
Married for 33 years, she is mom to an adult son and daughter, both on their own, along with an adult stepson. Laurie resides in Bartlett, Illinois in west suburban Chicago.
